Coca Cola

Character illustration created on behalf of Wieden+Kennedy for Coca-Cola's ill fated "Make it Happy" campaign introduced during Super Bowl XLIX in social.

Characters designs were to be transformed into ASCII art, using negative tweets as source material, thus transforming negativity into something cute and playful. 

Which was fun in theory until someone created a bot that auto-tweeted passages of Mein Kampf to the CocaCola channel, and things were quickly shuttered.

Regardless, it was a fun to create a bunch of fun characters with the constraints of using only basic geometric shapes. And hot dogs.
